Sunday, March 20 ~ Melissa Heckman

“Embracing the New Level of Consciousness … a requirement for personal happiness and world peace”
Sunday Service, March 20 ~ 10am

*Live from your soul       *Lovingly release ego      *Embrace your full potential

Welcome glorious spring! Welcome unlimited potential! Welcome unfurling consciousness!

There is only one way to increase our consciousness and that is to make space for it. We must consciously make space to live from our soul needs vs. our ego needs. This is like weeding the garden so new seeds can grow. Our gift is to learn from what ego brings, over and over again, then politely and lovingly release the negative thoughts and energy that we tend to hold onto. In this inspiring talk, our guest speaker Melissa Heckman, invites us to once and for all, release the toxicity of the past and to undo self-defeating behaviors and thinking, so we can blossom and live from that authentically powerful and soulful place, increasing consciousness for ourselves and the Planet. And when we do, we consciously arise and awaken each day, re-newed, re-energized and re-awakened. Melissa helps us celebrate our authentic spiritual power!

Tad Toomay and the Unity House Band will sing the awakening!

Melissa Heckman, MSW, ACSW, Life Coach and Prayer Chaplain, is a member at Unity of Berkeley and incorporates the Unity practices in her talks and in her own life. She returns to talk at the invitation of retiring Minister Rv. Dr. Patricia Keel. In November Melissa was a guest speaker on the topic of “Pressed Down” and shared with us on how to appreciate our challenging times by understanding that “we get to go through things.”
