Finding Yourself in Transition
Filed under Event Archives, Past Classes and Workshops
6 Thursdays, February 3-March 10, 6:30-8:30pm with Melissa Heckman
Love offering donation requested: $10.00 per class.
This class is for anyone going through a time of transition, whether to celebrate a change or to embrace a challenge you are facing. Perhaps you are embracing the New Year and new possibility for yourself? Perhaps you want to better cope with stress that life brings? We highly encourage those who might be particularly impacted by the changes occurring as Unity of Berkeley transitions to finding a new minister. ALL ARE WELCOME.
We welcome you to walk through the shadows and resistance of change to embrace the joy that can be found when you tap into the huge well of opportunity and possibility that awaits with each turning point that life brings. Drawing from Robert Brumet’s book, this course will help you. Brumet is an Ordained Unity Minister and Community Dharma Teacher from Spirit Rock and this book pulls from various authors, The Bible and Eastern perspectives.
Please call the Unity of Berkeley office at (510) 849-8160 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting (510) 849-8160 end_of_the_skype_highlighting to sign up or sign the sheet in the foyer. Class will be held at 2401 Le Conte Avenue Berkeley, CA 94709 in the Fillmore Room.
